How It Works
On photo day, pupils will receive a unique QR code from the Photographer to give to parents, that provides secure access to their child’s photographs. Parents can create an account and log in immediately using this QR code.
Photos will be available to view and purchase online no later than 48 hours, but often before. Once the images are ready, parents will receive an automatic email notification with a link to their gallery.
A Fully Digital, Hassle-Free Process
Our online ordering system removes the need for printed preview cards to be sent to the school, reducing paperwork and the chance of items being lost. There are no photo packs to collect and no cash payments to manage or store in the school office.
This streamlined digital approach offers a faster, more convenient experience for parents while significantly reducing administrative work for schools, except in the case of images needing to be uploaded to your school database.
